I also conduct readings with children - babies to early teens. Babies and young children are very keen readers of energy. While kids are young, they are still plugged into the universal energy and can see, feel, and hear things that many older folks cannot.
Your child has picked you as his/her parent. There is a purpose for your child's life. In a reading, this purpose is discovered. Also conveyed through your child's spirit guides is how your child prefers to be communicated with to flourish and live to his/her potential. Just like adults, children have their own ways of how they like to be spoken to and dealt with. These readings are completely geared towards helping parents understand their child so that they can become happy, fullfilled, productive adults.
I create a very warm, safe, and soothing environment for your young child to play while I plug into his/her guides. If a child wants a parent in the room, that is fine, too.
This is not a reading where I try to explain to your child what I am doing, what spirit guides are, that there are other dimensions, that we have a soul, or any other type of discussion that gets metaphysical in nature (unless your child is older, is ready for such a conversation, and I have the parents' permission). I merely sit with your child and hear what his/her spirit guides want to tell me.
Parents are included in the session in the very beginning and at the very end (unless the child wants the parent in the room, which is not my preference, but I know some kids need this). I maintain a very open line of communication with parents.
My readings with children are a joy for me. I truly love the interaction. I feel hope that a new person will be understood early in his/her life here. My wish is for children to get a jump start in knowing their purpose to make help make their choices in life a little easier. It is also important for me that children are understood early in their lives so that they can become the best adults while helping make the planet a better place, too.
